Lou is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in technology and business process outsourcing. Lou is an innovator and catalyst for driving client satisfaction, transformation, and revenue growth, with an extensive background with public and private companies.

He has more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful sales and client service teams to help clients achieve complex business objectives while seeing significant increases in both revenue growth and profitability. Prior to Rithum, Lou was the Chief Sales Officer at Conduent Inc. (Nasdaq: CNDT) where he led a comprehensive, successful transformation of its growth engine.

Mike has spent the last two decades as a CFO for private equity-backed software companies. He brings more than 30 years of experience as a leader in the financial sector, spending most of that time with public companies or private equity-backed investments. His philosophy is to implement strong financial stewardship while partnering with the broader enterprise to increase efficiency and support growth investments. Most recently, he served as CFO of MediQuant. Mike is based in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Suzin brings a wealth of experience as the company’s CMO, having spent more than 25 years in marketing leadership roles at Sama, Bazaarvoice, and Qlik, and previously held key marketing roles at companies like Rackspace, PayPal, and Procter & Gamble. She is a data-driven modern marketer who champions cross-team collaboration to drive innovative campaigns and impactful results. Suzin is also the co-founder of Blackhawk Network, the gift card company. 

Bill brings over 25 years of experience building and executing successful go-to-market strategies across different industries and organization sizes. Before Rithum, Bill held senior GTM leadership roles at 1E, Granicus and Vista Equity Partners where he brought a relentless focus on accelerating growth and driving operational excellence. Bill lives in Northern Virginia where he tries to keep up with his two daughters.

Doug is responsible for providing legal direction and support for Rithum’s legal and business needs. Before joining Rithum, Doug served for ten years as in-house counsel to Infor, a multi-national software-as-a-service (SaaS) and on-premises enterprise software company with over 14,000 employees and operations in over 200 countries and territories. Prior to that, Doug was a transactional lawyer for six years at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC, a full-service Boston law firm where he represented companies and investors in corporate finance, M&A and securities transactions, and a wide array of general corporate matters. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Doug served as a law clerk to the Hon. Justice Neil Lynch at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Doug enjoys skiing and snowboarding, live music and has an unhealthy interest in Boston sports teams.

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Rithum, Janay leads the global People function, driving organizational excellence and cultivating high-performing, purpose-driven teams. With over two decades of strategic HR leadership in high-growth technology companies, she specializes in building scalable people programs and transformative talent strategies that accelerate business success. Prior to joining Rithum, Janay served as Vice President of People Strategy at Dsco. She holds a degree from Westminster College and maintains a passion for continuous learning and holistic wellness through yoga, running and the arts.

Ali leads the company’s technology organization. Before joining Rithum, Irturk spent 20 years as a technology leader at several top venture-capital-backed SaaS companies, including WorkBoard, Alice Technologies and Cognex. His philosophy for managing effective technology organizations focuses on helping teams master their skills, fostering autonomy and creating a collaborative environment. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MBA, and is based in Menlo Park, California.

Blaine serves as President, Retail at Rithum. He is passionate about e-commerce and has been solving industry problems for over 25 years with startups like Dsco, LeoInsights and Doba, alongside positions at CommerceHub and Dell. Blaine loves to win for customers and enjoys creating solutions with his team. Blaine enjoys the outdoors, basketball and attending his kids’ activities.
