What is Promoted Listings?
Promoted Listings puts your merchandise in front of more buyers when they’re actively searching and shopping on eBay, increasing item visibility and helping to improve the likelihood of a sale. It is available to eBay Stores subscribers and non-Store sellers with Top Rated or Above Standard status. When you create a Promoted Listings campaign, only listings that are eligible for the service will appear in your selection view.

What are service metrics and peer benchmarks?
Service metrics provide you with data on the percentage of your transactions that result in ‘item not as described’ return requests and ‘item not received’ requests from buyers.
